Therms and Conditions

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the final tattoo price.

• Appointments are only confirmed once the booking fee is received.

• Final payment is due on the day of your tattoo session.

• Refunds will NOT be issued for change of mind, indecisiveness, or failure to show up.

This includes wanting a different design, changing the concept, or cancelling for personal reasons.

• If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to reschedule.

• If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, your booking fee can be transferred once to a new date (subject to availability).

• All designs are custom and created in my style (dark abstract sketch tattoos).

• Minor adjustments can be made, but I do not copy other artists and I reserve the right to decline design changes that go against my artistic direction.

• Final designs are shown on the day of the appointment. If you trust my portfolio and style, you’re in the right place.

• Being more than 25 minutes late without notice is considered a no-show, and your appointment will be cancelled without refund.

• Chronic lateness, rescheduling, or unreliable communication may result in future bookings being refused.

• You confirm that on the day of the tattoo, you are in good physical and mental health, well-rested, well-fed, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• You must be at least 18 years old and present a valid ID.

• You understand and accept that tattooing involves permanent body modification and that risks such as allergic reactions, infections, and healing complications exist.

• You agree to inform me proactively about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin issues before your appointment.

• You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.

• You release the artist from liability for any complications due to negligence or undisclosed health conditions.

• You will be given professional aftercare instructions and agree to follow them responsibly.

• Once the tattoo is complete and properly cared for, I am not liable for any issues arising from neglect, improper healing environments, or third-party advice.

• You have read and understood these terms.

• You are aware that booking fees are non-refundable, even if you change your mind.

• You understand and accept the permanent nature and risks of tattooing.

• You confirm that you are personally responsible for your health and communication with the artist.

• You accept that this agreement protects both your safety and the artist’s time, boundaries, and creative process.
